At Integrated Pain Specialists, Dr. Smith and Alex Filen (his physicians assistant) REALLY LISTEN to the patient.  It's not just lip service.  They're genuinely interested in what you have to say about your condition.  They assess and determine a best course of action to discuss with you.  The medical assistants in this office ARE WONDERFUL!! they're not only efficient, but personality plus!
